The Grafton Catholic Youth Group is doing something exciting this Advent Season at St Mary’s!
We are going to “light up” St. Mary’s with outdoor Christmas trees and an Advent wreath on the front lawn. There will be trees in Mary's Garden as well.
Thank you to all who came out to celebrate with us! A special recognition was given to the Bean family who attended all 4 Fridays!
The lights will
still be on from 4pm - 10pm
every night through New Year's. There will be benches to sit and reflect or pray for a few minutes.
Friday, Nov. 27th - the Candle of Hope - Carolling in front of the trees
Friday, Dec. 4th - the Candle of Love - Making a craft to be mailed to the Homebound (Parish Hall and other classrooms as needed for social distancing)
Friday, Dec. 11th - the Candle of Joy - Hot chocolate with candy canes and S'mores around seveal firepits
Friday, Dec. 18th - the Candle of Peace - Short Classic Chirstmas movies in the upper parking lot with popcorn (bring your own chair/blanket). If weather is not ideal, it will be with a limited number of people in the Parish Hall. We will have fire pits and large outdoor heater going.
