Holy Communion After Mass
in St. Mary's Gathering Space:
We want to offer Holy Communion after Mass in the Gathering Space at St. Mary's for those who still feel unsafe to go in Church for Mass, but would like to receive Communion.
Either Dn. Tim or Fr. Leo will make themselves available with the Eucharist for at least 10 minutes after Mass. You need to enter by the side entrance and exit by the front entrance in the Gathering Space (this avoids a congestion of people).
You need to have a mask on and sanitize your hands with the touchless sanitizer just inside the door before receiving Communion. We will do this for the foreseeable future.
Communion only will be offered on Sunday's at 11:15am

NEW PEW SEATING HAS BEGUN!!
To accomodate more people, we are color coding the seating arrangements based on the number of people in your party:
- 1-person (yellow stickers) - 16 slots @ St. Mary's; 10 slots @ St. Philip's
- 2-persons (orange stickers) - 16 slots @ St. Mary's; 10 slots @ St. Philip's
- 3-persons (green stickers) - 6 slots @ St. Mary's; 5 slots @ St. Philip's
- Families of 4+ (pink signs) - 8 slots @ St. Mary's; 4 slots @ St. Philip's
- St. Mary's will have 2 Family pews on each side in the front
- St. Philip's Family pews includes the chapel- Family Room - 1 slot for each Mass at both parishes
NOTE: If there are no more spots for the number in your party, take an available spot for the next one up. For example, 1 person takes a 2-person spot, 2 people take a 3-person spot, 3 people take a Family 4+ spot. We want you to come and take available spots as needed!!

We are hoping to accomodate ~102+ people at St. Mary's and ~64+ at St. Philip's (depending on the size of families in dedicated pews).
The SignUp's will also be based on the color coding and number of slots for May 1st weekend. The big change for signups: Sign up for ONE slot based on the number in your party. You no longer sign up TWO slots for 2 people, only ONE 2-person slot! If you are 3 people, you only take ONE 3-persons slot, and so on.

Tune in on Facebook here where we Live Stream Mass, usually at the St. Mary 10:30am Mass. Join the "St.Mary & St.Philip Parishioners" Facebook group here to get instant notification when the video starts. Links to past videos are on our Homilies page here.
Signing up to attend Mass using SignUpGenius is important to make sure we keep within our capacity limit and for notifications!
Please note that signup lists will be destroyed a month after that Mass. Only Fr. Leo, our business manager, and our secretary would have access to these lists before they are destroyed.
For those who are unable to go online, there will be a simple form available which you can fill out and drop in the collection with your name, phone number or email, and a checkbox whether you wish to have your name listed as regularly attending that Mass. (If there is a weekend you are not coming to that Mass, please notify the Parish office.)

SignUpGenius Tips:
- Email or phone number is required, especially to change your signup. NOTE: They are not seen by others.
- Do not click on the Login to sign up.
- Change the number attending and Name.
- Click on the [ Sign Up Now ] button at the bottom.
- See down further if you need to change a signup.
Changing a Registration:- Scroll down after the description and just before the table. There is a link "change your sign up" as in the picture below.
- If you provided your email, use the second option "I signed up without a SignUpGenius account" and fill out the form.
- There is also an option to contact the sign up creator, which will generate an email to Ed Romeo, who can assist you. Use this option if you only provided a phone number or if the office registered you.
Enter the Church staying 6' apart. ONLY enter from the side handicap entrance.

Volunteers Needed!!
We need YOUR help keeping the church cleaned in between Masses. If we have at least 2 people helping Saturday and Sunday after each Mass, we can get it done in ~20 minutes!
If you are able to help, we now have it as part of the weekly SignUpGenius online signup.
