Alabama's football team has bolstered its wide receiver corps with the addition of Tyler Henderson, a junior college standout. Henderson, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound pass catcher, has committed to the Crimson Tide after an impressive two-season stint at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. During that time, he played in 21 games, catching 100 passes for 1,616 yards and 18 touchdowns, with his most productive season being 2025-26, where he secured 67 receptions for 1,202 yards and 12 touchdowns, including a 62-yard long reception. Henderson was a three-star recruit in the 247Sports Composite junior college rankings and was ranked No. 15 overall. He joins a receiver room that has seen some changes, with players like Ryan Williams, Lotzeir Brooks, Rico Scott, and Derek Meadows returning, while others like Germie Bernard and Isaiah Horton have moved on to the NFL draft and the transfer portal, respectively. To fill the void, Alabama has added Noah Rogers via the transfer portal from NC State and brought in freshmen Cederian Morgan, Aubrey Walker, Amari Sabb, Maurice Mathis Jr., and now Henderson. This influx of talent positions the Crimson Tide well for Kalen DeBoer's third season at the helm.
